We had Trevor and his team come to our house to install a suntunnel and two bathroom vents on our existing metal roof. His quote was very fair and reasonable and was able to fit the work into his schedule in a very timely manner. Trevor replaced our asphalt shingle roof damaged from a wind storm at our cabin on the French River. First, we attempted use local roofers in the area but they all have appalling reputations for over-pricing their work and subpar installs.  One local installer wanted $3,800 to patch a 3'x5' section of missing shingles with ice and water shield.  This was at best a $400 patch job and no where closed to what he was quoting. We wanted a metal roof as we were done with asphalt shingles and my wife reached out to Southern Ontario for potential trades.  We contacted Trevor and he was willing to bring his crews to the French River.  We waited a few extra weeks so he could coordinate doing a couple jobs in the area, and the wait was well worth it.  The installation, crews, materials, and attention to detail was excellent.  As a GC who runs a company outside of Ontario, I know a thing or two about roofs and wish I could have Trevor roof my company's projects. I firmly believe in construction that "you get what you pay for", and Trevor's pricing was fair, and his work is superior, so with Metal Roof Experts we feel that we got more than what we paid for, and now we have a roof that will last us 50 years and looks amazing on our cottage.

This is the second time that Trevor has done a great job for me.  This time it was a protective flashing to ensure that the original, which leaked every few years would never leak again.  In addition the new flashing he fabricated not only covered the original but also was designed to hide our unsightly air conditioning lines which were attached to the wall above the old flashing. Trevor and his team did a great job on the roof for our new build. They completed the job on the timeline that they promised (even though mother nature wasn't cooperating), and on the estimate that they provided. Trevor met with us beforehand to answer our questions about the product and to show us a sample, and he kept us updated on the progress every step of the way. Trevor and his team were great to work with and we are thrilled with the metal roof and install. They kept the work site clean and never left a mess at the end of each work day - we have young kids and dogs and this was really appreciated. We had a small issue we noticed after installation - we communicated this and Trevor got back to us quickly and fixed the issue for us in a timely manner. When we decided last summer that it was time to address a new roof on our 15 year old home we reached out to three metal roof contractors.
